Montini Catholic sophomores took part in their annual retreat on Tuesday, April 16th. The day began with a trip to Feed My Starving Children in the morning. In the afternoon the students took part in several team building activities and were visited by Catherine Lynott, Executive Director of the Outreach House in Lombard. The students then packed 'Birthday Party Bags' for families in need to be delivered to the Outreach House. "The bags allow these families the means to celebrate birthdays," said Assistant Campus Minister, Katie Miller. "They help take away the worry for parents who do not have the funds to purchase these supplies. We were also happy that one of our Peer Ministers was able to create a Tik Tok account for the Outreach House so that they can better share all they do for the community with potential donors and volunteers like us!"
