Thank you to everyone in the Montini Catholic school community who has contributed to the Campaign.
Completed Projects
- eight additional air-conditioned classrooms
- six technology-driven science laboratories
- a state-of-the-art Learning Resource Center
- two new art studios
- a renovated Campus Ministry Center
- a remodeled Cafeteria with a new floor installation
- a remodeled Auditorium
- a Student Services Center
- HVAC Up-grades for campus
- an athletic Field House
- installation of Duffy Memorial Stadium lights
- a new stadium concession stand and storage facility
- renovation of Duffy Memorial Stadium track & playing surface
In addition, we have been able to provide our faculty and staff with
- an Administrative Center
- a new Guidance Center
- a Faculty Center and work room
- remodeled coaching offices for men and women
Current Projects
Phase III of the Capital Campaign targets a $4 million construction goal consisting of:
Construction of a New Music Room
Construction of a Student Physical Fitness Center
Classroom Renovations
Improvements to the Baseball Field
In addition to construction costs, we are still working to pay down debt incurred and to provide growth in teacher salaries and the financial aid and scholarships fund as follows:
$1.5 million outstanding for the Academic/Administrative Center
$850,000 for Endowment Fund
$350,000 bridge loan to complete renovations to Duffy Memorial Stadium
Moving towards 2016 and the next 50 years...
The Montini Catholic High School Community celebrates our 50th Anniversary of providing Lasallian Education in the Diocese of Joliet in 2016. We would love to have all renovations and upgrades complete, with a solid foundation to our endowment in place by then.
