Montini Catholic Parents Go ‘Back to School’

Montini Catholic High School hosted over 421 parents of current students on Thursday, August 30th. On this evening, parents began with a reception in the school cafeteria and a college planning session for parents of juniors and seniors. Following this, parents proceeded to their student’s first period class and continued until their last period class.  This was an opportunity for parents to experience their student’s daily routine, meet their teachers, and become familiar with the school buildings.  Teachers shared with parents the upcoming class expectations and syllabi. Coaches, teachers and counselors were also available to the parents to answer any questions or concerns.  “Montini’s ‘Back-to-School Night’ provides parents the opportunity to build relationships with their son or daughter’s teachers and make communication between them easier,” commented Montini Catholic High School Principal Maryann O’Neill.
