Montini Catholic High School Principal Maryann O’Neil is pleased to announce that 32 Montini Catholic students have been recognized as 2013-14 Illinois State Scholars. Typically, ten percent of students in a graduating class are chosen for this award. This year, approximately 23% of the 2013 graduating class has earned this award. State scholars are selected based on a combination of ACT score, grade point average and class rank. Click

Excellence In Education
Montini Catholic High School provides a college preparatory experience for a comprehensive student population.
The cornerstone of Montini Catholic’s academic excellence is its commitment to small class size. With an average class size of 20, and an impressive faculty to student ratio of 1:16, Montini Catholic High School positions students for academic success.
Fifty-five percent (55%) of our students earn Honor Roll status each semester. In its almost fifty year history, Montini Catholic has proudly sent 99% of graduates on to college and successful careers. Each year, our graduating class earns millions of dollars in scholarships and grants for college.
Montini Catholic strives to provide each of its students the very best possible Catholic educational experience by offering a varied curriculum facilitated by a dedicated and experienced faculty. Seventy percent (70%) of our faculty hold advanced degrees, including 5 with Doctorate degrees. The faculty average for years of teaching is 16.

Ninty-one Montini Catholic students completed a total of 138 challenging Advanced Placement exams. The students finished with 24 perfect scores of 5, in seven different subjects!
Ten million dollars in academic college scholarships was awarded to the class of 2012.
Montini Catholic produced 2 National Merit Commended Scholars in 2012.
The Montini Catholic Math Team placed in the top 10 at State for 9 of the last ten years and won the Suburban Catholic Conference Championship in 2012.
