Art Show: The Art Show will take place this Thursday, April 25th. It will be located in the art hallway from 5:30pm to 7pm. Please invite your parents and family to come see the art and show off your hard work.
Please join us in honoring our former boys lacrosse coach Mike Thuma on May 7th at 7 pm against Marmion Academy. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in Coach Thuma's name. For those who do not know Coach Thuma, he had been part of the Montini Boys Lacrosse program for years and sadly passed away in December of last year. He had set a lasting impression on the lacrosse program and has instilled a quality of never giving up. Please help us honor him by joining us on May 7th.

Girls Track and Field: Your Montini Lady Broncos competed successfully at their home Wednesday Night Lights Invitational last week. The team honored Seniors Bella Reilley and Kristen Dennis. On the field, Julianne Billote leaped to a PR of 33 feet, 10 and a half inches for second place in Triple Jump. Emma Ciaccio vaulted a PR of 7 feet, 6 inches for second in pole vault, and Swarnika Sampat hurled the discus for a PR of 84 feet and second place. On the track, the 4x8 of Diana Maimonis, Katie Peters, Audrey Kekstadt, and Heather Sledzinski finished 2nd in a time of 11:22, with all of the girls running personal records or season records. The 4x4 squad of Heather Sledzinksi, Diana Maimonis, Katie Peters, and Julianne Billote took 3rd in 4:46, and Audrey Kekstadt was second in the 1600 meter run in 6:25. Well done, ladies.
Congratulations Lady Bronco Softball! Yesterday evening, your Lady Broncos kept pace in the top division of the GCAC with a wild and wacky come-from-behind win against Resurrection. Down 11-2 at one point, they rallied back and tied the game at 13 before Lu Latoria blasted a walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the 7th inning for a 17-14 victory! Alyssa Filkowski paced the offense by going 4-for-4 with a home run, two doubles, a single, and seven RBIs. Emily Alexander and Ava Vjestica each scored three runs, while MaryCate Richardson added two singles. Lu Latoria picked up the win in relief, firing 4 and 2/3rds innings in the circle. Lady Bronco Softball Fever...Catch It! WOOOOOOOOO!
