Alumni and friends were invited to a special afternoon celebrating all things "Frozen" on Sunday, January 28th at the Lasallian high school. The school's first ever Winter Family Fest event, hosted by their Alumni Committee, welcomed kids of all ages to warm up with hot chocolate, cupcakes and activities - with the highlight of the day - a special visit by the characters of the Disney classic, "Frozen."

Delighted, young (and older) fans lined up for their opportunity to say hello to, and take photos with their favorite characters, Anna, Elsa and Kristoff. Afterwards, it was off to the auditorium for a sing-a-long with the trio and showing of the movie, "FrozenĀ®."

Students from Montini's Fine Arts Department helped throughout the day. "Our goal was to interact with some of our younger alumni and provide them an opportunity to bring their young children and grandchildren on campus for a very casual afternoon," said Alumni Director and Montini graduate, Brian Casey '01. "It really was great to see the event have so much success in its first year and to see how many people, young and old, enjoyed themselves."
"We plan to host more events like these in the future," said President Jim Segredo. "It's great to have an opportunity to reconnect with our alumni and create these special memories!"
