Seniors Are Commissioned As Leaders at Special Mass

Members of the Class of 2026 were reminded that they are supported as leaders as they begin their final year of high school.
Seniors gathered for a special Commissioning Mass and dinner on the evening of Wednesday, September 24th. The Commissioning Mass is a tradition that celebrates seniors and their new roles as leaders of the Bronco student body. The ceremony reminds the Class of 2026 that they are supported and believed in as they begin their final year at Montini, preparing for graduation and all that lies ahead.

“Today is a proud moment as the responsibility of leading our school and living out our mission is officially entrusted to you,” Principal Tiritilli said. “One day, high school may feel like a distant memory, and the lessons from your classes may fade. But the impact you make, the legacy you leave, and the example you set for younger Broncos will carry forward long after graduation.”

Montini Catholic High School was founded in 1966 and is a four-year comprehensive private Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school, located in Lombard, Illinois.  This year Montini Catholic is celebrating its 60th year of Lasallian education. (Their first day of school was September 14, 1966.)
