Culinary Club Breaks Ground on School Garden
Hard work in the spring, fresh ingredients on the menu this fall!
Montini Catholic's Bronco Culinary Club is on the move - to the Lasallian college preparatory school's De LaSalle Hall courtyard. The team, under the guidance of moderators (teachers) Christi Blatchley and Colleen Marks, and with the expertise of the Science Department, planted basil, oregano, tomatoes (cherry and plum), green beans, broccoli, peppers, zucchini and pumpkins! The students plan on nurturing the garden over the summer and hope to be able to use the fresh produce next fall for their monthly Culinary Club dinners!
