Keeley Dooley '89 Recognized for Outstanding Service
Always there for our Broncos! Keeley Dooley earns the 2026 Lasallian Partner Award.
In 2021, Montini Catholic in Lombard established the Lasallian Partner Award, an honor presented to a staff member who exemplifies and lives out the Lasallian spirit of education within the Bronco community. This year's recipient was Keeley Dooley '89, Administrative Assistant in the Lasallian college preparatory high school's Athletic Department. She was recognized during the Lasallian college preparatory high school's annual Celebration of Excellence ceremony on Friday, May 15, 2026.
"Mrs. Dooley is someone whose dedication, humility, and tireless service make an immeasurable impact on our school community each and every day," said President Kevin Beirne, upon recognizing Dooley. "While much of her work happens behind the scenes, the success of countless events, programs and experiences at Montini simply would not be possible without her."
A proud member of the Montini Catholic Class of 1989, Dooley just completed her sixth year serving her alma mater in the Athletic Department. "In many ways, she has become the engine that keeps the department running smoothly," said President Beirne. "From setting up athletic registrations and finalizing rosters, to confirming schedules with opponents, coordinating officials, scheduling event workers, organizing senior nights, and managing postseason awards, her fingerprints are on nearly every aspect of Montini athletics." He added, "Mrs. Dooley helps supervise and run more than 100 home contests each school year, often working long hours with little recognition, simply because she cares deeply about our students and our school community. She also coordinates the annual Varsity Athletic Awards Night, overseeing all of the awards, decorations, and details that help make the evening such a meaningful celebration for our student-athletes and families."
Dooley's service extends far beyond her official responsibilities in the athletic office. She serves on the Hall of Fame Committee and the Girls Basketball Tournament Committee, and she is a familiar and welcoming presence at Bronco alumni events and the Alumni Golf Outing.
"What truly makes her special is not simply the amount of work she does - it is the way she does it," said President Beirne. "She approaches every task with grace, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. She is a friendly face, a calming presence, and someone who consistently puts others before herself. She works not for recognition, but because she genuinely believes in the mission of Montini Catholic and the importance of creating experiences that support and uplift our students. In many ways, she represents the very heart of Lasallian service: quiet leadership, faithful dedication, and a deep commitment to community."
