Montini Welcomes our Class of 2030!

As we officially kick off our 61st year of Lasallian education!!
MONTINI CATHOLIC WELCOMES THE CLASS OF 2030 AT THEIR QUEST FRESHMAN ORIENTATION EVENT

Montini Catholic in Lombard officially began their 61st year of education on Friday, August 7th, by welcoming their Class of 2030 to the Lasallian college preparatory high school's annual Quest Freshman Orientation event.

The goal of the day is to provide freshmen a special day to get acquainted with one another and their teachers.  Students are also able to walk the hallways and get acclimated before their first day of classes (Friday, August 14th).  Members of Montini's Student Government graciously gave up one of their last days of summer to guide the new students through their day.  Student leaders also helped out, leading small groups and sharing their own experiences as freshmen while providing advice and encouragement.   The program concluded with a Freshman Parent Night for all new Bronco parents.

For many freshmen entering into their first year of high school, the experience can be very stressful and overwhelming. Montini's Quest event is designed to make this experience as fun and memorable as it can be.  “Quest gives our incoming freshmen a chance to get comfortable, build connections and experience what it means to be part of the Montini community before the first day of school,” said Principal Chris Tiritilli. “From meeting classmates and upperclassmen to getting familiar with their classrooms, lockers and iPads, Quest helps students feel more confident and prepared as they begin this exciting new chapter. It also provides a great opportunity for our upperclassmen to take on leadership roles and welcome our newest Broncos while showing them the spirit and sense of community that make Montini special.”

Montini Catholic's goal, as a co-educational private school, is to make each student's educational experience unique to his or her needs. Their Lasallian tradition recognizes the sacredness of all persons and educates students of diverse abilities, cultures, and backgrounds.
