Seniors Honored for Academic Excellence

Fifty-eight seniors earn the President's Gold Award for Academic Excellence.
Montini Catholic High School in Lombard rolled out the red carpet on ​S​unday, ​A​pril 26th to honor ​all members​ of their Class of 20​2​6 at their Senior Awards Celebration. 
 
During the event, President Kevin Beirne was honored to present the President's Gold Award for Academic Excellence to fifty-eight distinguished seniors.  The honor is reserved for those seniors whose academic accomplishments place them among the very finest of the Class of 2026. To earn this recognition, students must achieve a cumulative grade point average of at least 4.0 while successfully completing a rigorous and challenging course of study.
 
​"More than a measure of grades alone, this award reflects sustained discipline, intellectual curiosity, perseverance​ and an unwavering commitment to excellence over the course of four years​,​" said President Beirne.  "These students have embraced the highest standards of scholarship and have set an example for their peers through their dedication and achievement.​"
