Seniors Commissioned As Leaders of the School

Special Commissioning Mass Held to Prepare Seniors for Leadership.
Montini Catholic seniors gathered for a special Commissioning Mass and reception on the evening of Wednesday, September 16th.  The Lasallian college preparatory high school's Commissioning Mass is a tradition that celebrates seniors and their new roles as leaders of the Bronco student body. The ceremony reminds seniors that they are supported and believed in as they begin their final year at Montini, preparing for graduation and all that lies ahead.
 
"You are now the students younger Broncos will look to," said Principal Tiritilli. "They will watch how you treat people. They will notice how you respond when things don't go your way. They'll see how you celebrate others, how you handle pressure, how you include people, and how you represent Montini. You are telling the Montini story every day - not just with your words, but with your actions."

Principal Chris Tiritilli shared a final piece of advice with the seniors, reminding them that their impact on others will be part of the legacy they leave behind.  "Someday the details of high school will fade. You may not remember every test, every assignment, every score, or every game. But people will remember how you treated them. They will remember whether you welcomed them. Whether you encouraged them. Whether you stood up for someone. Whether you made Montini a place where people felt like they belonged."
