Application Process

Incoming Freshman

Placement Test Application Process

  • Step 1:

    Complete your Pre-Application Inquiry Form to create a myMCHS account.
    If you are a current Montini family, log in to your Montini Blackbaud account and complete the application form under the Parent tab. Do not fill out the pre-application inquiry form.
  • Step 2:

    Once the Admissions Team processes your inquiry, you will receive an invitation from our portal provider (Blackbaud) to finish setting up your account. Please accept the invitation to access the myMCHS Portal.
  • Step 3:

    Complete your application (including $35 application fee) which can be found in the Portal Checklist to Montini Catholic through the myMCHS Portal. The Online Application includes extracurricular interests and demographic information.

Montini Catholic Accommodations

Please review our Accommodations Guide if your student currently receives accommodations, has an IEP/ISP, 504 Accommodation Plan, or currently receives any accommodations. While Montini Accommodation Plans are designed to meet the unique needs of students who face certain challenges, they do not guarantee superior or even passing grades. Montini Catholic High School does not provide Special Education Services or educational modifications.
Accommodations for the High School Placement Test (HSPT)
Montini Catholic High School is committed to supporting all students and offers specific accommodations for the High School Placement Test (HSPT): 50% extended time and an audio option. To be eligible, students must provide a valid and current official school accommodation plan listing 50% extended time and/or the use of an alternative format, such as audio, for assessments.
 
Please attach one of the following documents:
• An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Individualized Service Plan (ISP) from a public school district, completed within the last 15 months.
• A Section 504 Accommodation Plan from a public school district, completed within the last 15 months.
• An accommodation plan from another private school, completed within the previous 15 months.
 
All accommodations plans must be submitted in your Blackbaud portal by November 20, 2026.
