Director of Development

The Director of Development is hired by, and is directly accountable to, the President of

Montini Catholic High School. This individual is responsible for the planning, coordination

and implementation of an ongoing comprehensive development program that communicates the

school’s philosophy, mission, values, goals and achievements to its various stakeholders. Primary duties

and responsibilities of the Director of Development are to supervise and oversee all aspects of the

Annual Fund Drive, Development and Alumni events, Corporate/Foundation giving, and the Montini

Catholic High School Website; to market the school for its image and financial resources; and to strive to

involve others in support of the school through gifts of time, talents and financial resources.

English Teacher and Academic Support Program Director

Montini Catholic High School seeks an English teacher and Academic Support Program Director. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, a Reading Specialist endorsement or Learning Behavioral Specialist Endorsement (LBS1), and high school teaching experience. The position includes teaching English courses and working directly with students who are below grade level in reading and writing. The position also focuses on implementing executive functioning supports with students. In addition as program director, the educator will work closely with other teachers and administrators to provide support for the students and professional development for the teachers. Interested candidates should be energetic, dedicated to the school community, able to creatively engage today's learners, and foster a language immersive environment centered on speaking and listening. Experience working in a one-to-one environment is also preferred. Theology Teacher

Montini Catholic High School seeks a Theology teacher. The ideal candidate has bachelors or masters degree in theology or religious studies and has teaching experience. Montini Catholic High School seeks a part-time school social worker for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate has a masters degree in social work (MSW) and has experience in a high school setting. The candidate should be energetic, dedicated to the school community, and able to creatively engage today's learners.
